If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or return. Email us with your order number and we will do the best we can. Your request will be valid once you contact us within 7 days after delivered date till the case solved.
You can ship the item(s) to our warehouse after we accept your request and we will exchange the item(s) for you upon acceptance. However, you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.
- Return and Refund
There is no doubt that you can return the item(s) and get a refund if exchange is not your choice. A partial or a full refund will be offered upon acceptance. The refunds ranges from 10% to 100% of the price of the item(s). However, you need to pay the return shipping fee and send the original package back us.
- Exchange & Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have label attached.
Items must be received in original packaging.
For bodysuits, panties, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear and jewelry, if there is not quality problem, we don’t offer return / exchange service.
We only accept returns based on wrong size, bad quality and color shading. Product image is only for your reference. If there is inconsistency between the image and the actual product, the actual product shall govern.
Return will NOT be accepted without contacting our customer service.
We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

7. Package Returned
Please don't return directly to the address on the received package.
Please send back the package by mail, instead of express. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier.
In most cases, refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days before the credit appears on your credit card statement.
9. How to Make Your Return or Exchange
Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and email us your order number for further help.
Step 2: If you want to exchange, it's easy! Just inform us of the item and size which you want to exchange for. If you return for refund, Our Account Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package.
Step 4: Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please allow 7 business days for package transit, plus an additional 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
